What time should I arrive for my tours?
Please arrive at Villeneuve Airport 15 minutes before your tour.
What to wear?
Often in the winter it is colder in the air than on the ground and in the summer it can be hotter in the air than on the ground. Dress for the weather with layers so you are able to remove layers if needed.
Closed-toe shoes are always recommended.
Sunglasses and sunscreen on the hot summer days!
What if I get motion sick?
A lot of people get motion sick. Please tell your pilot before taking off that you are prone to motion sickness. We will do our very best to fly smooth and slow to make the flight comfortable and enjoyable. If needed we will provide you with a sick bag, and we can always land early or return whenever you like. Believe it or not it is best for you to eat and stay hydrated before the flight if you are prone to motion sickness.
Are there any weight restrictions?
There is always an overall payload maximum weight for each aircraft. Your pilot will adjust seating as needed to make it work. Most aircraft have a maximum seat capacity of 300 Lbs per seat.
Are taxes included in the cost?
No, tax will be added after the flight.
What are the time limits?
Flight time is completely up to you on your tour(minimum 30minutes). You only pay for the time in the air.
What is the age limit?
You can bring kids of any age on a tour! Under two may sit on your lap in a seat belt.
